Where Theory Meets Practice

Any Country. Any Curriculum. Any Phase. Any Subject. Any Classroom.

A unique model of professional development: Claire teaches alongside your staff in real classrooms, making development visible, tangible and immediately useful.

What are Team Teach Days

Transform professional development into classroom practice.

Claire works alongside your staff in real lessons, modelling evidence-informed strategies with the pupils they teach, including classes she has never met before. Through live team-teaching, instructional coaching and collaborative reflection, educators see effective practice in action, develop confidence in implementation and leave equipped to embed sustainable improvements across the school.

The Big Idea

Claire’s Team Teaching Days turn theory into real classroom practice. Any age, any subject. Claire shows groups of teachers exactly how evidence‑informed strategies work with real pupils.

Where it happens

These in‑class training days take place in your own classrooms, with your children, making the learning authentic and practical. Claire demonstrates how quick‑win strategies can be applied immediately.

Who's this for

Claire’s team‑teaching approach supports all educators, any subject, any age group. Teachers, support staff and school leaders all benefit from seeing strategies modelled live and exploring how to adapt them for their own classrooms.

How Long

A typical Team Teaching Day runs 9am–4pm and follows two full cycles of planning, live teaching and structured reflection. This rhythm gives teachers time to see strategies in action, discuss them and apply them straight away.

Strategies in Action

Teachers step into real classrooms to experience strategies in action. Research shows that the most effective CPD comes from living examples of best practice, and these sessions bring that to life-offering practical inspiration, collaborative reflection and immediate ideas to take back to your own teaching.

Lasting Impact

This impact grows even further when Claire returns at a later date as a classroom coach, supporting teachers to embed new approaches in their own environment. That follow-up coaching ensures strategies have both longevity and lasting influence, making professional learning truly transformative.
