For over 30 years, Claire Gadsby has partnered with schools, trusts, ministries of education and educational organisations across the UK and internationally to improve teaching, learning and leadership at every level.

Holding a Master's degree in Educational Management, Claire is recognised for translating educational research into practical, sustainable classroom practice. She has worked with hundreds of schools, supporting leaders to implement evidence-informed approaches that build teacher confidence, strengthen professional practice and improve outcomes for children and young people.

Claire's expertise spans Early Years to Post-16, working with individual teachers, leadership teams and whole-school communities. Her approach goes beyond delivering inspirational professional development; she helps organisations embed lasting change through implementation, coaching, deliberate practice and strategic leadership.
